The stone processing industry not only consumes a large amount of water resources, but also causes serious pollution to the water body. Stone processing wastewater mainly contains powder (SiO2, CaO component and CaCO3), a small amount of fine diamond abrasive grain, and wash the mud and sand etc.. The main characteristic of sewage in stone processing industry is the high content of suspended solids. Most of the existing stone manufacturers generally use precipitation method, specifically with natural precipitation method, coagulation precipitation method to remove pollutants. The choice of pool type is mostly advection or vertical flow. The general stone waste water treatment process is shown in the picture.
